If you or your neighbors have pets, or have noticed wildlife in your neighborhood, then you may have also noticed fleas. Yikes! If you spend time in the garden, you may have noticed grubs when digging in the dirt, scarabs, ticks, onion maggots, pill worms, raspberry crown borer, gall midges, sweet potato weevil, banana moth, or cucumber beetle. If you would like to reduce the population of any of these pests, and/or caterpillars (such as cutworms, army worms or sod worms) or beetles (such as Japanese beetle, black vine weevil, and billbug) then you’re going to want to try microscopic Nematodes! These beneficial insects feed on the whole body of the pest, not only interrupting their life cycle, but also breaking them down and returning them to the soil as a fertilizer. You will not see dead insect bodies as you would with harsh chemicals, and there is no chemical residue to harm your plants, wildlife, or beneficial insects.
Each package includes step by step release instructions- or indicate if you would like one of our crews to apply these tiny bugs with a sprayer in a certain area. We recommend applications as often as twice per year, in Spring and Fall, if leaf-notching, insect eggs, or larvae are present.
